Choose the type of visit that fits your needs

1. Personalized Health Plan

You will receive a complete package of written recommendations based upon your holistic intake, your health goals and a review of your medical records. During the first visit I gather information and we discuss your specific health concerns and goals. This visit takes about 1-1.5 hours. Then I spend a considerable amount of time researching your health care issues and formulating a comprehensive list of recommendations. We then meet again for about an hour to review and discuss these recommendations. Fees cover both visits and the Personalized Health Plan.

The Personalized Health Plan addresses the following:

Your Specific Women’s Health Concerns
Preventive Health
Nutrition
Physical Activity
Mind/Body/Spirit Health
Patient educational materials, resources, and referrals as appropriate

2. Problem Focused Consultation

We will meet to discuss a specific women’s health issue of concern to you and I will provide my recommendations during the visit. Fees are charged at an hourly rate.

3. Integrative Guided Imagery Session

Use imagery to improve health and promote healing. With integrative imagery you are actively involved in the imagery experience, making this a very personalized and transformative experience. You can use integrative guided imagery to tap into your inner healer to acquire insight into a health issue, relieve pain or create a special place of comfort and relaxation. Imagery can also help you access your inner strength to cope with fear or an illness. The sessions usually take about 30-45 minutes. It begins with a brief assessment and explanation, then the actual imagery experience and concludes with a few minutes to debrief about what happened during the session. Fees on a per session basis. 4. Ongoing consultation and/or advice

Note: Women’s Health & Healing is a consultation based service. Routine gynecological examinations or laboratory services are not offered. All services are paid for in cash at the time of the visit.
